Who we are
Orange Fincorp is owned by Jayad Global (“we”, “us”). Address for communication: Orange Fincorp – Jayad Global, No: 16, Basement, New Market, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi – 110017. For anything about your personal data, write to info@orangefincorp.net.
We are an information and general document-guidance service. We are not a bank, an NBFC, a lender, an insurer, an insurance agent or an investment adviser, and we do not lend, arrange loans or take commission.
What this website collects
- When you send an enquiry form: your name, your mobile number and — only if you type it — your email address. The Contact page form also asks for your city, the language you prefer for the call, what you need help with, an approximate amount (optional, loans only) and a convenient time to call. The “Investment questions” form asks for your question. The “Work with us” form asks for your city, the languages you work in and a one-line background.
- With every form we also record the page you sent it from, the service it relates to, the language of the page, the wording of the consent you gave and the version of this notice at that time, and the date and time.
- Technical data needed to run and protect the website: your IP address and browser details are stored with each form submission and appear in the hosting provider’s server logs.
- Cookies: only those needed for the website to work and to protect the forms from spam. We do not run analytics or advertising cookies.
We do not ask for PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements, photographs of documents, passwords or OTPs through this website. Please do not send them. The calculators on this website run inside your browser; the numbers you type are not sent to us.
Why we use it
- To call or write back to you about your enquiry and, if you want, to arrange a free first call.
- To keep a record of your enquiry and of the consent you gave.
- To keep the website secure and to filter spam.
We do not use your details for marketing messages, and there is no newsletter sign-up on this website. If that changes, we will ask for a separate opt-in first.
Who processes it
- Our website runs on WordPress and is hosted by Bluehost (Newfold Digital). Form submissions are stored in our website database and sent by email to our business mailbox.
- Form handling and spam filtering use Jetpack, a service of Automattic Inc. Each submission, including your IP address, passes through Jetpack’s systems for delivery and spam checks.
- Our business email is provided by Google Workspace.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it with government authorities only where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only for as long as we need them to respond to you, and after that only where the law requires us to keep them.

Your rights and choices
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. You can withdraw your consent at any time — we will then stop contacting you and delete the enquiry unless the law requires us to keep it. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights for you. Write to info@orangefincorp.net. We will acknowledge your request and reply as required by applicable law. These rights are subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as it comes into force.
Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this notice
When this notice changes we update the version number and date at the top. The consent record stored with your enquiry keeps the version you agreed to.
