Home and property loans
Buying or building a home, or borrowing against property you already own. These are long loans with the property as security, so lenders check the papers of the property as carefully as your income. We explain what lenders usually ask for, and we help you get your documents in order. We do not lend, arrange loans or take commission.
Home loan
To buy, build, extend or renovate a house. Long tenure; the lender funds a share of the cost and you pay the rest. Property papers matter as much as income.
Loan against property
Borrow against a house, shop or land you own, for any legitimate purpose. Lower rate than a personal loan; the property is at risk if you do not repay.
