Put your business on paper, clearly
Banks, suppliers, investors and government schemes all ask the same thing: show us your business. Many small businesses run well but have nothing written down. We show you how to set out the facts and figures you already have as a clear, organised business profile.
What an MSME business profile contains
- Who you are: business name, form (proprietorship, partnership, company), MSME registration number, years in business, location.
- What you do: products or services, main customers, how you sell.
- How the money moves: monthly sales, main costs, receivables and payables, seasonality.
- What you own and owe: equipment, stock, existing loans and their EMIs.
- What you need and why: the purpose of the funding or the plan, in one paragraph.
It is written from your figures, in plain language, in the format lenders and partners are used to reading.
Our services
| Service | What you get | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| MSME business profile | What you get: Business summary (2–4 pages) and a 12-month cash-flow worksheet, with one round of revisions. | Good to know: Set out by you from your own figures, with our guidance. Not an audited or CA-certified statement, and not a loan application. |
| Monthly document support (launching shortly) | What you get: A document calendar (GST, returns, renewals), a monthly cash-flow update and one review call. | Good to know: Filings and tax advice stay with your accountant; you keep your own papers; we guide the organisation. |
| Group workshop (launching shortly) | What you get: A session for your staff, members or trade association on keeping business records in order. | Good to know: General education, not individual advice. |
How it works
- Free call — you describe the business and what the document is for.
- Written scope — you agree before we start. No fee.
- You share the figures — through a method we agree in writing, never through this website.
- A simple format, our guidance and one review call — you keep the editable file.
Good to know
- Every profile is set out from information you provide. You remain responsible for its accuracy.
- A clear document helps a lender or partner understand your business. It is not a guarantee of finance from anyone.
Questions about business documents
Do I need a business profile to apply for a loan?
Not always, but most lenders ask for something like it for business, MSME and working-capital loans. Having it ready shortens the process.
Can you prepare projected financials?
We can guide you on a simple cash-flow worksheet, which you complete from your own figures and assumptions. Certified projections must come from a chartered accountant.
My accounts are not up to date. Can you still help?
Often yes, starting from bank statements and GST returns. We will say on the call if the gaps are too large.
Will you keep my figures confidential?
Yes. Anything you tell us on a call is used only for the agreed guidance and is not shared with anyone. You keep your own documents; we do not collect or hold them.
